This week's task is to come up with a list of justification sentences that should set off alarm bells. Post your answers as comments, and the most original, creative answer will win a prize!
"Teacher, I couldn't do my homework and hand it in because overnight, we moved house & because our house caught fire. The house caught fire because my brother was playing with the stove and the fire caught onto the curtains, but I did save my homework and took it with me.
Since my family loves the show "Man Vs. Wild", we moved to the rainforest. But I did complete my homework while it was raining, under a leaf.
But we did get on a plane at 4 am to go to school. But the plane arrived late; and we were driving to school, we got a call that we won the lottery, so we had to go get the prize money. I accidentally left the homework at the lottery place and we quickly drove away. As I remembered that I left the homewrok sheet, we called the place back but it went to voicemail and eventually couldn't receive my homework."
If we had $5,000, we would use it for: >Make a business, Making cards or bookmarks or books >Better technology >Give homeless homes >Help southern cross kids camp >Free children from slavery >Give money to poor people and charity's >Develop Schools and provide stationary >Help sick get better >Donate old things to Charity's
